The whole world on one table – this is what happens when 800 people from 76 countries enjoy their lives together.
In one of the main events of the WSTC, 400 experts, writers and chefs gathered together to attend the 23rd Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. As we all know, tourism goes hand by hand with good food and wine.
Gourmand World Cookbook Awards were created in 1995 by Edouard Cointreau. Every year, they honour the best food and wine books, printed or digital, as well as food television. Some critics call the Awards the “Oscars” of the culinary art. The World Gourmet Night of the WSTC brought together the participants in the congress with the participants in the Awards ceremony.
As we all know, tourism goes hand by hand with good food and wine. Delicious food from five continents, days of experimenting with tastes and different cooking approaches, exchange of experience, building partnerships and friendships – this was World Gourmet Night of WSTC 2018.
